Terms and Conditions of Hire
Payment of your hire fees constitutes your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and forms the Hire Agreement between Heads I Win Sailing and you, the hirer.
To hire Heads I Win on Sydney Harbour:

We will reply with all you need to know as soon as possible
We require a 50% deposit please in AUS dollars payable by Internet Bank *Direct Deposit, Pay Pal or cheque ** made out to:

Balance of the fee is required 14 days before your cruise date please
Rescheduling
If you need to re-schedule your cruise the following fees will apply:
5% if you reschedule 14 days before the scheduled trip
10% if you reschedule 2 days before the scheduled trip
Within 48 hours of the scheduled trip the full fee applies
Cancellations
We will retain 10% of the fees if you cancel up to 14 days before the scheduled cruise
We will retain 50 % of the fees if you cancel within 14 days of the scheduled cruise
We will retain all the fees if you cancel within 2 days of the scheduled cruisefor any reason including rain or other weather conditions considered by yourself not to be to your liking.
Heads I Win will not leave the base at Gladesville until full payment is made
In the event that Heads I Win is not available for your trip every effort will be made to offer a substitute and similar vessel at no extra cost to you.
Pricing & Hire Clarification
All prices are for the boat hire exclusive to you and not per person. You are hiring the vessel called Heads I Win as a bare boat hire without any catering, entertainment, extra paid crew, alcoholic beverages or on-board hired entertainment.
Please be aware that Heads I Win is a NSW Maritime surveyed vessel (Class 4E) confined to the sheltered waters of Port Jackson (Sydney Harbour) and is under NSW Maritime Survey as a hire vessel.

Appropriate Dress and Weather Protection
We ask that all passengers wear soft soled shoes which do not mark the vessel's deck. Please do not wear loose jewellery which can get caught on the vessels fittings especially finger rings and necklaces
Smokings is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances whilst on board either on deck or below and please observe the responsible consumption of alcohol
Bring your own food and drinks
When on a boat the effects of the sun are greatly multiplied. The harsh Australian sun bears down from above, reflects from the sea and bounces off the decks...........please take care not to burn
Heads I Win Sailing cannot accept responsibility for any damage, loss of any personal property what so ever whilst you are on board the vessel

Safety Note
On all NSW waterways you must not drink and drive any vessel if you are over the 0.05 blood alcohol level.
NSW Water Police can random breath test anyone on the water who is in charge of any boat.
If the weather conditions are considered to be unsafe for boating we will cancel the trip and offer another date or a full refund less a 10% administration fee
Tipping
As a general rule Australian's do not tip for services unless they feel it is of a particularly high standard. If you feel like saying thank you by tipping then 10% would be an acceptable amount for the skipper.
